Kingston P.A.— Several wrestlers from the powerhouse Wyoming Seminary will be unable to participate due to Covid exposure. We learned that wrestlers attended a yoga class instructed by a vaccinated teacher that did not wear a mask during instruction. The yoga instructor started experiencing Covid like symptoms and later tested positive for Covid.
All the wrestlers that were in the class were removed from the tournament per Covid protocol. The CDC recommends that anyone exposed to Covid be tested five days after exposure. The earliest date that they can be tested would be Friday, December 10th which would be too late for them to be entered into the tournament.
